Intuitive Channeled Healing Session

In this hour session, you relax on an amethyst crystal biomat while the healer connects with the intelligence of your energetic body. Light touch and off body movements help clear any stagnation within your energetic field while also receiving information from the chakras and physical body. Higher guidance is shared and a deeper connection with your body is felt. This work can be done distantly too with powerful results.

Shamanic Journey Work

In this beautiful and rich work, you are led on a meditative journey to discover who your spirit animal is and to receive their loving guidance. This powerful journey opens up a direct line of communication for you with your spirit animal so you can connect with their deep wisdom whenever you need. We create a sacred circle together and then I hold the space through drumming while you journey. This is very loving work and you will be pleasantly surprised at what transpires for you!

Quantum Past Life Regression

In this in-depth session you are brought into a deep state of relaxation, the Theta state, a state you enter every night as you fall asleep. After a 30-45 minute chat sharing questions you would love answered, you are guided into a state that allows your "brain" to get out of the way.

You are led to the most appropriate past life for you to "see" at this moment. After the the life review, we call in your higher self, the soul aspect of you that knows all and get the insight and heart-based wisodm you need to live your life to the highest potential.

Energy Medicine Yoga

Energy Medicine Yoga was created by Lauren Walker and beautifully weaves together Tantra Yoga, Donna Eden's energy practices and Chinese medicine.

I am a 200 hour yoga teacher as well as an Energy Medicine Yoga teacher and am in the final year of the advanced training.

I do private and group EMYoga classes, creating custom practices that cater to specific needs and desires.
